Just look at the colour of that beautiful spring onion spaghetti. When the spring onions start to come into season we can’t wait to put all that wonderful flavour into our pasta dough. And just look at the results!We puréed the onions raw, fold that into the pasta dough, shape it and then leave you to cook it!
Our Spring Onion pasta is perfect with smoked salmon, chives and cream cheese and that is just one idea off the top of our heads. We can’t wait to see what you do with it.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil.
- Add the pasta, stir and check for doneness within a minute.
- Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.
